RESORT QUESTIONS

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, except in those cases of companion animals trained to assist individuals with disabilities, pets are not allowed at the Resorts.

Is Internet access available?

Yes, free high-speed ethernet and wireless access is available in each of Kalahari's Guest rooms and suites.

Is child care service available?

In-room child care is available through the Pop-In Nanny Agency. Please call (888) 384-9007 for details.

Is smoking permitted within the resort or guest rooms?

Per Wisconsin State Statute 101.123 Wisconsin Act 12, smoking is not permitted in any enclosed public areas, including guest rooms and suites.

Are outside coolers, food or drink permitted into the Theme Park?

Outside coolers, food or drink are not permitted into the Theme Park. However, there are many dining options both outside and inside the Theme Park for your enjoyment. For more information please visit our Where to Eat section.

What are the hours of the Indoor Theme Park?

Kalahari's Indoor Theme Park is open as follows:

Sunday through Thursday 
- Rides & Games: 10:00am to 10:00pm 
- Bowling: 10:00am - 12:00am 
Friday & Saturday 
- Rides & Games: 10:00am to 12:00am 
- Bowling: 10:00am - 2:00am 

Some holidays, peak periods and weekends may feature amended hours of operation.
